HireSpy is built around minimization: collect enough candidate-reported evidence to support aggregate London hiring responsiveness stats, while avoiding personal information.
What HireSpy Collects
HireSpy collects candidate-submitted company names, role titles, application dates, first response dates, outcomes, optional notes, and optional redacted screenshots used as evidence.
Screenshots
Screenshots should be redacted before upload. Do not upload names, email addresses, phone numbers, recruiter or employee names, or other personal information. Screenshots are stored privately and are used for review and data quality.
Public Display
HireSpy publicly displays aggregated, candidate-reported metrics and limited report details after review. HireSpy does not publicly display full-size screenshots by default.
Operational Use
Submitted data may be reviewed, approved, rejected, corrected, or deleted to protect privacy and improve data quality.
Analytics Cookies
HireSpy uses Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. These optional cookies help understand aggregate site usage and can be rejected without affecting core site functionality.
